Abstract: F-UJI and FAIR-Checker are automated tools that operationalize FAIR principles for data and metadata evaluation. They test digital resources against Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable criteria and provide compliance scoring and actionable improvement recommendations.
Objectives: Enable reproducible, objective, and automated FAIRness assessment for datasets and knowledge graphs.
Methodology: Rule-based and API-driven automated FAIR metric evaluation. Includes data harvesting, metadata inspection, and API validation.
Algorithm Used: FAIR-Checker API; F-UJI Web Service
